Palm Developments was founded by three long-term business partners and friends who decided to capture the potential for luxury real estate in Southeast Asia.
While spending months in Bali, Indonesia, we've identified the Bukit area as the perfect location for our first projects. It's the place in which we believe our decades of construction and real estate experience can add the most value to guests and investors alike.
Our journey began with acquiring prime land and developing ADAYA, a luxury villa complex near Dreamland Beach. The project garnered significant interest from investors who believed in ADAYA's unique positioning and LeyLines' commitment to excellence. These 15 investors formed the foundation of our fast-growing the LeyLines community.
Expanding our footprint, we are now creating a boutique townhouse concept in Bingin and offering a premium living experience with 52 units near Balangan Beach. As we continue to identify new areas and projects in Bali and beyond, our journey to transform luxury living has just begun.

He has a strong track record of establishing and successfully implementing cross-border real estate investment programs across Asia and Europe.

Sebastian is a seasoned business development expert with over 7 years of experience, focusing on driving growth and efficiency in construction companies. He has led the successful acquisition of multiple construction tech startups and facilitated the adoption of modern construction methods in various Asian countries.
Mathieu joined Leylines in February 2025 as Group CIO with equity in the business. In this role, he is fronting all capital sourcing activities to ensure the continuity of the group. He spearheaded BNP Paribas Real Estate’s North Asian capital raising efforts since inception of the Hong Kong platform, which he was tasked by the board to set up in 2013. As Asia-Pacific Co-Head, he has accompanied numerous first-time investors into Europe and has several billions of US dollars’ worth of transaction experience, reporting to the CEO of BNP Paribas Hong Kong.
Norman oversee financial operations and develop strategic business initiatives to drive company growth. He brings extensive experience in real estate and infrastructure across Asia, having held leadership roles in finance, investment, corporate development, and compliance.
